Oh, hey, hello.: A Regular, Regular Show Storyboarding Day
My current storyboard partner Owen invaded my privacy for a day, and has shared it with the internet.
Okay, so as many of you may know, I work at Cartoon Network. I’m storyboard artist/writer on Regular Show. I’ve had people ask questions like “What happens in a typical day over there? What do you do all day? You just write jokes or what? Is that even actually a job? Go away, Owen.”
The answer is…
“I don’t recall saying ‘Good Luck’”
This scene at the cracker factory might be the single best 20 seconds in the history of media..?
ask-murdercai asked: OK last time I checked Rigby is allergic to eggs, so can you please explain to me how he ate eggs in one pull up and picking up Margaret without getting an allergic reaction?
I actually just talked with JG about this- he insisted that Rigby is absolutely eating imitation eggs (or “Feggs”) because he would of course have a terrible allergic reaction otherwise.
freshboss13 asked: Are you gonna get Mordecai and Margaret together?
It happened.
(well, their LIPS got together, anyway)
I did this drawing for “It’s the shizNICK!”, a 90’s Nickelodeon tribute show that’s opening at iam8bit in LA tomorrow. This is actually a tribute to Microsoft’s Nickelodeon 3D Movie Maker which I consider one of my greatest formative influences.
I love this
As of last Thursday, I’ve been working at Cartoon Network for two years! It has been the greatest.
